Met up with some guys a few miles from the house to hunt a spot. I brought all my dogs but only ran Sally and Snapper because one of the others brought 3 with him. I dont like to run more then 4 or so curs at a time. Too many dogs always ends up in a cluster for me. Dropped dogs and off they went. Honey(other guys head dog) took a track and bayed 600 or so yards. Sally made it to her and caught the small sow. Sorry no picture. We let the dogs work a little and moved. Sally and Snapper made a long track to come up empty. On Snappers way back she met a new buddy and he followed her back. When he saw us the yote jumped back into the brush where he sat and barked at us. When Sally got close he followed her back to us too. Picked up dogs to go dump them into a water tank. From there we roaded them.Sally and Snapper took a track so we stopped. All the dogs were out hunting. I heard Sally and Sanpper both open on track. That means they jumped the hog on its bed and it broke. Dogs went from 300 yards in one direction to 700 the other. They were bayed solid as can be. We got to 150 yards and got bull dogs off the wheelers. Walked to 100 yards and let Bud and Kung Pow go. No noise when they hit. Kory legged the boar and it was over for him. Good colored boar hog. Good thing he only had 1.5 teeth because he got my bulldog Bud and Sally pretty good. Sally gets hit in the most weird places. The hog was white. I wished we could of washed him off before the pics because his skin was bleach white but was covered in limestone dust from a rock pit. The guy I was hunting with has trail cam pics of the boar and said there is another one that is a tad bigger still out there. Good hunt. me and Carol. I am holding Sally.

Those ears look like they are still in pretty good shape. Are you sure you caught that with your dogs or in a trap? Just calling it like I see it Nice bo hog Savoy
