LOL, .........that reminded me of somethin this old bear Hunter used to say, and probly still does knowing him.
we would all give him a hard time cause he would take a hand full of who knows what kind of vitamins, and he would always say, they made him feel like a young stud on a frosty morning.

Awwwwww you'll be fine Meagan,....your equines will be too....they're gonna like this dampness here in the East. Good luck and watch out for idiots on the road....they're everywhere.

Road trip has began. Woke up running an hour and half late. Made it through Dallas/Mesquite with no major incidents. Horses are hauling great as are the dogs, other than they both need a gas x!!!

Am planning to stop in Texarkana for a hour break and fuel then ease on into Hazin AR. Anyone in that area wanna grab supper?

Day 2

Traffic sucks!!

Btw am I the only one who gets pissed because there are 5 cars in line for THE ONLY diesel pump??

My poor ponies are calling me a liar. I promised them cool weather and green grass. All they have seen is horseflies the size of planes and weather so muggy we can't breath. Got to the pasture this morning where I turned them out last night and all three were nose to tail LOPING the prettiest circles I have ever seen. Better than the ones that we warm up with even. Watched for a few mins trying to figure out what the heck had gotten into them when I noticed the SWARM of horseflies that was following them around. I kid you not, it was a black swarm. Poor horses couldn't even stop loping or they'd have gotten eaten alive. Thank god for endure fly spray. Awesome stuff.

Where is this 80 degree weather you all promised us???
