Kinda looked like he sped up just a hair right before he hit him! Did he think traffic was just going to stop and everyone was going to laugh and clap and throw him some money? Sad thing is we probly paid for him to go to the doctor and are paying for him to sit at the house and watch TV and do drugs.

You forgot the ice cream guy's insurance is PAYING HIM TO GO AWAY! damn funny.  Certain "ethnicities" walk out in front of you like you HAVE to stop around here.  but like dad told me when i played football.  "Who ever is goin faster wins"  so i speed up!    Figure the dent in the bumper is "street creds"

ha that is funny right there      i see those type people acting like that dang near evryday up here       and what bad we tax payers and paying for him to be out there doing that number 2   while tax payers are working 10 12 hour days in 110 degree weather         reacon the ice cream man stopped??
