Took mine once. We cut out bout 2 hours before sunset the dogs went out and was working pretty good my ole redbone struck probably bout 400/500 yards out and she got excited she was ready so we kept walking and walking the dog got further and further so we called him back cuz the other 3 dogs was bayed hard and the hog was mad well we had a 30/30 with us it was me her and my cousin. We had to cross some land we didn't have permission to be on so we unloaded the gun and left it with her on a real thick tree line with no flashlight and is was dark by this time. Me and cuz went and got the dogs and got back she was crying and scared and all the above we rode home in complete silence. I loved it. Needless to say she hasn't forgot about that night and to this day if we go at night she stays at home

My wife loves it and goes with me almost everytime I go....now my step-daughter has gotten into hog hunting too. Don't have any old lady though.

I stand corrected. But thats awesome that it is something that you all enjoy. I think it makes it more fun that way.  Smiley
