4 a lb is cheap. Sure it is high for burger but look at the steak cuts. A good steak cut is 10-20 a lb. Wouldnt mind buying a 1/4 from someone local.

what kinda price can you put on being self sufficient , and knowing what you are eating ?   it's worth alot more than 4 $ a pound .
