Well got it done finally and the thing actually makes noise.  Aint gonna use just wanted to build one for the fun of it and well it was kinda a pain but IF I build another one would be easier.  Thanks to those of you that helped me in figuring out what to do.

Looks good man. I picked one up the other day from a antique shop. I can male some noise with it for sure, but still trying to fine tune it lol.

Pretty nice, is your " deep " sounding, I used a trumpet mouth piece in mine so it would carry further.

I started blowing this one when I feed the dogs, now they will come in to it even if there on a track which is handy if there headed to a highway or something else bad. Your horn is really slick looking good job

Dads got a few long horn cattle, I might be able to talk him out of a horn, but I wouldn't even know where to begin.

I cut mine off where is was just right at an inch across then used a small drill bit to go through till you hit the cavity then used a larger one to wallow out the mouth part then just inlarged the one to the cavity till I was happy.  I used a knife and sand paper to get out the rough spots then polished mine with a wheel. Mine is kinda crude but works lol and that was my goal one that actually worked.
