does anybody know where to get cheaper 50 pound sack of corn at iam paying 9.00 a sack right now

why dont you find where you can buy in bulk [ at a feed mill ] carry you some barrels and fill em up it's about half what bagged corn sells for 3 55 gal drums holds about 950lbs

Its 9.50 around my area corn has not been cheap for the last few years using it for ethanol has ran the price up on corn since they started producing it. Best way is to buy in bulk. It will go down some after deer season. |

A 50lb bag at tsc at ft hood is $11 a bag. So much for putn a feedrup n feedn the deer for the nxt yr till i can hunt nxt deer season. Im gona buy a couple tons at a time n put a desicant bag in each barrel

Find a farmer where your from alot of em hold some back they may sell I know my uncle use to and a guy up the road from me does

Wow, I feel bad for ya'll down in TX. I am paying $7.49 for a 40lb bag of corn at Atwoods here in Oklahoma and I feel like I am getting ripped off. Last year it was 4.50-5.00 a bag. To make it even worse my apple and pear trees are not producing nearly as good as they did last year. Nearly all the mast off of those trees last year went to feed the deer. Needless to say my deer aren't going to be fed as good as they were last year. The drought has taken its toll for sure. I have identified two bucks on my trail cam pics this year that show no improvement to their racks from this time last year.

hey mod83dirt we're paying about 21 cents a pound for 50# bags and you are paying about 18.725 cents a pound for your 40# bag so don't feel to sorry for us me personally i buy all my corn in bulk for about 10.00 a hundred cant understand why everybody that uses corn don't
