I am selling these for a friend of mine who has finally decided to sell out after 15 years or so of hunting.  He tried to hold on to these dogs, especially the male, but he has to move closer to where his kids go to school and he ended up buying a house on a golf course and needless to say hog dogs, horses and other things we use just won't fit in on the fairway, not to mention he is working too much to hunt these days and has asked me to find a buyer who will hunt and take care of these dogs.  I know it is right here before deer season, but you do not come across dogs that a fella has raised from a pup and fed for 6 years often that are for sale.  My number is 318-423-8681, and my email is jhy747@gmail.com.  Please only email or text because I have three new born babies home now and I probaly will not be able to answer your calls, but I do not mind calling you back after when I get a free minute.  Also, SERIOUS INQUIRIES only please due to my limited time.

First off this is a PACKAGE DEAL ONLY on the dogs, but the equipment and horses is another thing.  I will post a thread on the Classifieds for that stuff.  I will probaly have to show dogs in a 320 acre pen that only has about 8 trophy boars in it because of deer season unless you act quickly then I will try and squeeze in a woods hunt next week.  The dogs are in Carthage, TX. but I will show them here in Shreveport, LA.

#1)  Yeller, 6 yr. old BMC, male, short/medium range, rough as a cobb, but not suicidal.  Good ideal to carry staple gun though.  He is a very hard hunting dog, and will never be by your feet or not hustling.  Will shut one down quick if he can, and will stick with a hog as long as he physically can.  I would say he hunts out a good 500-700 yds in no sign and has a decent nose.  Will roll over after hog is caught and bay another.  My buddy raised this dog from a pup and I have been on at least 300 hogs with this dog over the years.  If I did not have newborns this dog would be in my kennel without a doubt.

#2) Diamond, 4 yr. old female, not rough, hunts good (according to my buddy, I never hunted the dog)great handle, can call out of bay, excellent gaurd dog too.  He said her faults are that she has not learned to roll over after catch yet but he has only hunted her a few times and is sure she will figure it out.  Very smart.  He got her to breed a old BMC out of the Joe bloodline too before he died and that never took place.  She came out of Sour Lake area if I recall correctly.

#3) Missy, 6 year old or so female bulldog, has caught a ton of hogs, but needs to get back in shape.  She has no bad manners, and is good around all kids and animals.  She is free of charge if you choose to take her.  I have pics of her but cant put my hands on them immediately.  She is a lead in catch dog only.

$2,500 firm for both BMCs and bulldog is free if you want it.
