Yup, that yeller color is grease. Blue DAWN dish soap in the boil will cut the grease better than anything I've ever tried. The more the better.

Folks, be careful with peroxide and any kind of bleach or bleach paste.
I ruined several good ones before I asked any questions and figured it out.
If you are not familiar with doing your hog heads, don't try anything for the 1st time on a trophy.
Yes, that is experience talking. Ask, ask someone else, and ask again, you'll get varied responses, same as varied results.
I have done a bunch and probably 1/2 were successful, luckily they were no one else's.
If you want your trophy to look like your buddies who had it taxidermied, take it to that taxidermist.

JP, that's sounds very simple, I like it. Sounds like it would be hard to screw up.
What kinda bleach water you talking, a cup, a gallon with about how much water?
I'm figuring prolly 10 or 20 gal. water, depending on the bucket large enough to submerge the head.

If you boil your skull too long it will get chalky and you don't want that......soak it in Acetone for a day or two, that will remove grease.....then go to the beauty store and get some hair bleach that women use to bleach their hair.......mix it up as directed and coat the skull with it......let it set on it for a bit and then wash it off....you'll have to use the neutralizer to stop the bleaching action. let dry and your ready to go.....coat with some matte finish clear spray.
