I've always wanted to get some good night vision and go out. I can buy many of things with what it cost for a good night vision though so always done it ole school. Walk right up to with no light and while some flips it on the other one starts shootin them. All we've ever used is a spot light. Shot many of them with a AR and mini though. It's a blast. Hope you smoke a few. Good luck!

I envy you. We had the chance to hunt a place like that in South Texas. Right after we got the offer is when the temps shot through the roof and James decided that it was too hot to run the dogs down there.  Sad

I don't know why deer hunters get all worked up about dogs. This last year we were hunting my husband's cousins place behind his house and it was at the end of deer season. We turned the dogs loose on a fresh track and we saw a buck step out behind us about 100 yards on the fence line. It stood there for a minute and then it jumped the fence and we heard a shot. Our dogs didn't disturb it at all and who ever shot it wasn't bothered by us or the dogs either.

we have the same problem around here people want to complain that there are too many hogs on their hunting property but don't want you to run dogs because they might scare the deer away. i think the hogs took care of that already, idiots.

i want to set up a corrall type trap with 2-3 one way root gates on a feeder on a lease like that, if you built a big enough trap and could keep them in and set the feeder to go off a little later then normal i think you would make alot of $$$$$$ selling that trailer load.
