What are some things y'all do around your kennel to keep the smell down?? Is there something you can spray or sprinkle on the ground that would help a little bit???

sprinkle lime on the residue you hose off the back of the kennels. This should keep the smell down. I am not sure how often to do it though.

Thanks Bryant, I'm going to order some ASAP! The smell really isn't that bad, but since there is something to help mask the odor, then I'm going to try it! Thanks for everyone's input!

I don't know if you have a Harbor Freight store nearby, but they sell these hose-end sprayers for around $12. Works like a charm. About once a month after I do my normal daily wash of my pens, I just put a couple ounces of the KOE in the sprayer...adjust it down to where it's barely mixing and give the pens a final rinse down. Works very well. ![](http://images-en.busytrade.com/20130200/CAR-WASH-NOZZLE-WITH-LIQUID-SOAP.jpg)

After washing th concrete put pine sol mixed with water on the concrete. That will stick around and help with the urine smell. It soaks into the cement and last. Cheap, easy and it works. If you need it I have system we use on dumpsters ![Grin](http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/Smileys/default/grin.gif) That will make anything smell good.

I have used some Consan Triple Action 20 with good results. It is a germicide and fungicide and not harmful to animals. I have used this stuff on all kinds of odor areas including hunting boots. Ace and Lowes carries it.
