Got an 8 week old pup pissinng blood, anybody have a home remedy
Saw it for the first time about 10 minutes ago, not just pink but basically pure blood, doesn't seem to be in any pain when goin,

I would keep checking his temp. and keep a log of it and any blood.Call a vet. if he has a temp. for more than 24 hrs.It may be nothing but pissing blood from young pups could be a sign of parvo. I would put him in a pet crate and isolate from any other dogs.I had a pup with same symptem and 800.00 later I had a 1000.00 dead pup.Parvo shots are not always 100%.

I've got him isolated but and ill start checking his temp but I'm not lookin to spend that kinda money, dang it man I hope it isn't parvo

I would not have spent that kind of money. I should have stated that my wife spent our money on the pup. I noticed my pup passing blood the day before I had to leave for offshore.When I was informed that the pup had passed I had a good long chat with my vet on what to look for and what I can do to save any future pups.

Ive never heard of one pissing blood before with parvo... always heard of them pooping blood, but the pup may have something wrong with his kidneys or have an infection

My pup was pooping blood and it was giardia and hook worms they gave him shots and med $200 later he's gaining some weight .

good question i've been messin with dogs and pups for 50 some odd years and i ain't never had one pee blood . that young momma may have laid on it , somethin didn't grow rite inside . Huh?Huh?? new one on me .

He was a pup out of a couple of my dogs, ends up he had gotten some type of urinary tract infection but he seems to be getting over it and is still a little fireball thanks for the thoughts guys it's much appreciated
