California recently passed a law make people show ID's at the tanning salon. you now have to be 18 to legally tan in california. The thing i dont understand is why they are worried about how old you are for tanning but they allow women of all ages to go and get abortions without notifying your parents. personally i think its bull.

Ha my mom unfortunantly posted a pic of me a dog and a hog on facebook and her california viewers are ripping her/me up and down. I kindly asked her not to post pics of me and told her to stick up for the farmers I am hunting for.

hahahaha gotta love ignorant people. I have a teacher from california and she is appalled at the fact that I enjoy hunting. What a depressing view on life. |

thanks matt,lol. i been here in california forabout 46 years since we left oregon and we definately have some stuff goin on here lol. and besides that law governor moonbeam also just made it illegal to carry a unloaded handgun in public here too. and if i remmber right dallas had a bigger gay rights parade than san fransisco did many years back.

i ain't defending california but the law is a good one . it has to do with so many girls coming down with melonoma [skin cancer ] the exccesive tanning is to blame and texas is trying to get it enforced as well .

I defend that law too. But I also do not think a minor should be allowed any medical procedure without parental consent or a court order if there are no parents. The school can't give a child asperin but an abortion is no problem. Now that is crazy and it is not just California is is the whole country.

that law about tanning is just like all the other stupid useless laws on the books regardless of what state it is in
it is another case where the government thinks they know better then the people how we should live our lives
yes people in california are nuts..... there is a reason it is called the "land of fruits and nuts"

people should be free to take care of themselves , do what they wanna do as long as they dont hurt anybody else . the ones that ain't got enough sense to do that would eventually be eliminated from the feed sack... and the gene pool !

like i said to someone a while back it is a crying shame the gov. has to creat laws that take the place of comman sense . and the reason being is the way people raise there kids any more there just ain't alot of folks got much in the line of comman sense out there .

I was born and raised in California, lived in east tennessee and a few other states and can honestly say that all the states are the same. This whole country is full of ignorant idiots and the #1 idiots are on capitol hill. California laws are passed for one thing $$$$$$$$$. Every thing in this country revolves around $$$$, thats just the way it is.
