Well as you know henry is my overfed, ratherly large dachsund. I think hes a hunter in a house dog body  Wink

Last night i took him out to run around a bit and he came across a good size coon. Long story short he made good work of it and we came in a went to bed. Made sure i got photos of this one so enjoy! This is his second coon of the year caught on the ground.

they pay good money for them TREE dogs SC.  goes to show they all got it in em no matter what they were bred for .i'ld feed him,i mean looks like ya need to cut back on the table scraps.

Take that leash of Henry, poke that coon out of the tree and let Henry get him some!

Henry do that 3-4 times a week he would not be quite so big around. I think I like Henry! how is he on squirrel?

that coon was dead already, he got to it  Wink he will tree squirrels too, you should see him on our training pig

by standards he is at the judging weight 18 to 25 pounds but hes on a diet and gets a good 3 to 4 mile walk when i can spare it

looks like ole henry has it figured out man.  Once he slims down a bit he will be a force to be dealt with in the woods im sure

 Every Dash-hound I've been around is gamey. Some weenie dog bred to whatever weenie dog, and yet they still come out ready to shake a squirrel.
