She's coming on a yr old and is the perfect example of what I look for in a dog.   Square, correct in frame and movement.  She floats when she moves and is just now realizing how fast she really is.  She weighs about 60#'s right now, I think she'll probably mature out around 70#.  Tremendous nose, very independent(still trying to find a dog that will run with her).  I have a waiting list of ranchers wanting a pup out of her first litter Grin  Hopefully she can reproduce herself.

To tell you the truth, I've been overly cautious with this one.  I really don't want to get her killed before I can get some pups out of her.  There's some dogs you don't mind turning in to help on a bad one... this is not one of those.  I need to start taking this dog out by herself and put some serious time in, I think she could be that 1 in a thousand dog.

Thanks, she's 1/4 English pointer x 3/4 Block headed yellow cur(Florida stock dogs).

Just had a truck load of old ranchers show up at the house yesterday to see her... they know I won't sell her or any of her pups, but they sure made it known they'd like one to put on cows Grin... sounds like more places to hunt to me Cheesy

Here's the only shot of her parents I can find, Joker and Mullet from SW Florida.  My Snappa dog is out of these two, Shiner, however, is by Joker(the yellow dog) out of Mullet's sister Dixie.

In some dogos the pointer shows well too:

Here is a female which I think is like that,  a lot of running gear, deep lungs, lighter body, headtype, this type of female I like:

We started in 1987 with a dogobitch from Holland, who came out of Urumpta and Agallas lines. This bitch was our foundation blood, the we kept the female line from this bitch in our kennel and used stud males we either imported or borrowed here in Europe.
So this blood is running for now 5 generations in our kennel.

Then we have during the years used Tumi, La Vieja Diana, El Do Yel and Del Gualilan blood on the old blood.
