Alright, just stopped of at Rockys and picked up 100#s of sportmix adult mini 24 18 in the camo bag. 22.00 For 50lb bag. Well see how I like it.

well... if you don't like it see if the dogs will eat it. Grin Smiley

that's a good price for 24-18...a little cooking oil or bacon grease on the food will raise the fat content. let us know how your dogs do on it...

why is the sportsmix better than diamond , i feed diamond have problems keepng weight on , plus i never seen a dog -poop so much been looking at the labels they both have ground corn, same protien and fat, i can get the black bag 3 dollars cheaper, is the sportsmix that much better to make the switch.

Why? I don't know, but it is. The dogs will look better, perform better, recover after a hard hunt better and you'll have nice hard stools that you can hit with a golf club. Grin

I switched from Diamond to Sportsmix abot 5 or 6 years ago when Diamond had some bad feed going around killing and making dogs sick. Swtched over to Victor a couple of years ago, but if it goes up in price again I'll be going right back to Sportsmix.
