Me, bobby martell and oj nelson went over to calvert texas last night for a little fun. man i got to tell you the hogs were moving like crazy. We got to a cattle pasture that has no cows in it be cause they moved them to another field to eat. as soon as we pulled in the gate was just locking it behind us and the dogs were hanging there heads over the side of the truck whimpering. we said the hell with it and cut ole will and lil ann loose. they went different directions and both bayed up. Ole willy caught out on a shoat. we went ahead and sent in the young started dog from the pound for alittle exposure. so no pics of it camera had dead batteries. So we end up heading to lil ann well the hog had broke and she is trailing it. ole willy gets wind of the track and headstowards her in pursuit. they go to baying solid. i could tell by there baying it was a good'n. cut the catch dogs loose and had this feller screaming.
we decided to head on over to another spot in jones prairie, but to our suprise going 65 with about 6 hogs in the middle if the road dont go to well with your trucki tried and tried to stop thats a two lane highway with no shoulders and swerving was not an options so bam i nailed one about 80 pounds and tour the front on all up in my buddys 2006 nissan frontier. that ended our hunting trip a little early.
