11-9-11 Boar in a hurry

I was plannin' on going back out tonight and had in mind gettin' started bout dark. right before dark a buddy calls me and says he's seen some hogs. Not where I was gonna hunt tonight but I got up there in a hurry. Took the same pack as last night. Go to where the hogs been rooting up right in the gate. Let dogs out and new the hogs headed north east. Well a nice lil boar had slipped back in and was about 125 yds out in the wheat field. Max Ely and Dee strike and catch out. send a couple bull dogs for an anchor and had this nice lil boar caught in about 5 mins. Tried to get the others located real quick. dogs hunted from caught hog to a mile back east and a lil back north but no luck. Have to get up early for work so we called it night and leave them for another evenin'. Nice fast hunt. Pretty enjoyable.
