I'm cut vest shopping and am looking for something fairly flexible and light that will extend back past my dogs ribs. Gotta be able to breath so they don't get hot. My dogs aren't gritty or rough but lately I have gotten on some bad boars and both my best dogs have gotten pretty nasty cuts right behind the ribs. I even thought about buying some stainless ring mesh and making them a vest. Anyone ever thought of that? http://www.ringmesh.com/

I looked at that Tejas web site and that's the exact same vest they have at the outdoor store in Carthage. I also looked at some at R-P Outdoors in Mansfield and really like them. Anyone ever seen or used them? They have vent holes in them.

I like the looks of that vest from Custom Collars. Wish they had vent holes like the ones at R-P Outdoors though.

Custom Collar aren't worth a dime! JMO!!!
The t-shirt you have on is tougher than any vest they make. The only thing they have goin for them is looks.
Hard Core vest are good! Caught some big hogs with em they got a couple holes but none all the way through.
Bay em and slay em makes a real good vest give him you measurements and their you go! I'm really happy with his customer service also.

When I started out I bought everything from custom collars 7 cut collars 1 bay vest and 2 catch vest. First time I cut my bulldog loose with it on it had 6 holes punched all the way through and a damn near dead catch dog. I don't use anything from them now and until they prove me wrong I will not have anything good to say about em. When I called the guy he was rude and was in no way helpful
