When it comes to sexual harassment they know there is some flirting but this went way overboard. Sounds like one that would have my blood boiling over. I was raised by mom and I know she had to put up with stuff because I answered the phone a couple times to some drunk ^%$ that just started saying stuff. I would not mind a day of amnesty to go have a nice conversation with a few guys like that. Hit 'em with everything you can legally. Hit 'em with what you can get away with too.

I am still waiting on my EEOC case, but the union I was in stated that the eeoc had the most teeth and after grieving my case three times they (the heads of the union for the state area) suggested I go with the eeoc as they can recover more for you. Hopefully yours gets resolved faster than mine.

  Before you get yourself into trouble use the courts. Sexual Harassment is dealt with in a serious manner, especially in the work place today. If you have contacted her employer, go on up the food chain. Be sure that each incident is documented with who, when, and what was said. Same when talking to supervisors. With enough documentation you got them. Witnesses are hard to beat, so if someone else knows, get a statement. School systems are state agencies they frown upon this behavior!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry but I would never feel right about myself if I didnt beat that guy within an inch of his life,thats just me.I really hope this works in your favor and your lady heals from the emotional scars that she probably carries.Good luck!!!!

Contact your nearest EEOC and make a claim. Not sure where you are at but if you need help figuring it send me your number in a PM and I will explain it to you.

Another woman came forward yesterday about one of em. Believe me if the oppurtunity presents itself...heads are gonna roll! But they're suspended pending investigation. But I have to be civil because I work for the same school system just in a different department. (A/c repair)  but hell they're all older. 50s-70s. Kind of unfair to whoop em. Let the higher ups deal with it. Maybe one day ill get to dot an eye or cross a t with em but if not oh well. Now if they so much as try to apologize to her after this ill go see em personally
