Well the real truth is any game dog line of dogs that has been culled and gone threw over the years will work .  I bred Eli dogs for years on end know them inside and out .  You want to really up the anti bred a True bred Eli dog not some papered crap across some real Bolio and watch what happens are some real Red Boy and even better some real Boom blood it dont get much better.  These types of crosses make some fast , quick , long winded , go all day , hit a boar hog so hard make his mammie think twice about being a Sow kinda dogs!  I still got some of the old stuff I just need to get up off my lazy butt and go get it .

I bred my Jeep/Rascal/Redboy bitch to an LG bred stud  TLK's Musket. I have a tall 55# male I kept and a 52# male went to Georgia. The dog in Georgia has killed 4 hogs up to 100#. He is being used as a RCD. He can run with any of curs and hits like a train. The difference between what the well bred dogs look like and many of the pound dogs is the amount of leg under them. It makes a lot of difference in speed and stamina on the muscle type. Just like people, you don't see body builders run marathons.

Nice breeding tmatt! Let me know if you get rid of any. Would love to put one in the woods and see what they got.
