This is a poem that I wanted to share, I wrote about a night of hog hunting after my buddys catch dog and one of his bay dogs both got killed before we brought our catch dog and a started catch dog a few years back to help them out. I wrote this and put it in my senior book for my high school English class.
It was very dark We was jumpung logs Old Troubadour and Stupid Had us a hog
Them woods were very loud You could hear it grunt That bog old thing Sure wasn't a runt
By the time we got there They still had him down But that old hog Was standing his ground
We killed the hog And shined the light Them big old cutters Were big and bright We caught all the dogs After having a ball We knew that monster Was going on the wall!

I like it. Pretty creative. I like the one I saw in boar hunter magazine about the boar before christmas or something like that.
