I'm closer than I ever thought. Catching wild cows most of my life.settled down to working 3 months a year and guiding and hunting the rest. It's not as it seems . Guiding gets like baby sitting some time, 3 hours of sleep a night at 52 yrs old and real high mileage. Ain't easy. And most think they just call you up for this stuff. That's not the way it works you have to make it happen.hog dogs are fat bird dog needs work, blood dog sold new ones in elementary school. Constant battle. Better than building fence and hauling hay, or god forbid working in an office!

I dont hunt for a living but I think I could if I was single lol. Full time student athlete right now and my dogs pretty much cover their cost the bit that I get to hunt, granted I only feed four dog and all my vet expenses are free. Im usually only out the diesel so its not too bad.
