Hadnt been hunting but about once every 3 wks and throw in a dry run and I felt like I forgot how to leg a hog   Grin  So got of work early Fri afternoon and my newly unemployed buddy just picked up a new spot to hunt, so we dropped off. Honestly cant brag on the curs b/c we had only been hunting about 15 mins before they bayed about 200 yards in the tree line. Walking in the cd I could smell this SOB from 100yds out! Combine that smell with the fact that I really only brought my cd for exersize since my buddys curs always catch (he doesnt own/use a cd) and they were baying we knew it was big. He never ran b/c he could care less about the curs. Got within 40 yards and watched him flinging my buddys dogs around so I cut the dogo and she  hit hard and stuck like glue, got rodeoed in the air a time or two but settled him down once she got her feet under her. Hobbled him up and actually went home early for a family Christmas party....I wasnt late for & kept the wife happy! They sent me these pics later on after they un hobbled this baby buffallo. Didnt weigh him as planned but a definate 300lber and over 6 ft long. Ive been hunting 6 yrs and this is the first mule footed hog I have caught, all 4 feet the same.

My buddy drove the truck up a 100yds on this stupid yote and popped him with a .243
