Kinda a funny/depressing/idiotic story. Me and my ex wife split over a year and a half ago. I sold my four wheeler, trailer, dogs, guitars etc to get her out of the house. (she said she didnt want the house since it was in my family over the years)...Well after losing my mind, a couple jobs, etc, I met someone that was great and ended up with her. I had put ads up to sell my bulldogs (the only two I had left) I ended up selling my female Roxie to a damn nice guy on here. I decided I couldn't part with Buddy (the male) So I left him at my house and went back every few days, filled his food and several water bowls, petted him, etc.

My ex found out I sold Roxie and flipped the hell out (even though she had been gone for over a year) She said she wanted my house, my truck, etc since our divorce wasn't final yet. Well after telling her no way in hell shes getting my truck I reluctantly sold my house and gave her half the money from it. In the meantime she went over to the house and STOLE MY DOG!! I still havent seen him, I'll text her every once in awile and ask how he is doing to no answer. Funny thing is she also stole my vests, cut collars, leads etc. This bitch is no way EVER gonna hunt so I still don't get that one.

So I lost money on the house, which that few grand I don't give a crap about but the dog is a different story, still burns me up nearly 8 months after it happened.  Some sweet revenge though, I'm remarried, got a son on the way, have a great job and I'm HUNTING AGAIN!! In the meantime she has been in jail I know at least twice, totaled two vehicles and is a bigger loser than ever.

My ex said I was just just a white trash redneck. I wanted to live in a trailer and build a house on some land but she said only white trash lives in trailers. She left me with my son and draining the bank account on the way out. Skipping all the bad things I thought it was funny when the divorce was finalized she was living with her new boyfriend in a trailer pregnant and obviously not married. I just thought it was funny because was the one calling people white trash for just living in a trailer. So what would she call a woman still married, living with another man in a trailer, and pregnant from her new bo?

My new wife is way hotter too Grin Not only did she not get a dog she did not get my son.

Guys Shawn seems to be good as Gold I'm happy for him starting over. I'm even happier to be the proud owner of Roxie she is a great dog mostly because this guy raised her right.

Live in the "present".  Plan for the "future".  Ignore the "past".  Reploying an infertile field will only frustrate you.

I got a 13 year old stepson, an 11 year old step daughter, and a son on the way now. The 13 year old has started hunting with me and loves it, the girl made me a Christmas card that said I love you, had pictures of american bulldogs all over it, was pretty cool. Its on my desk at work now.

Life is certainly a lot better..

Still mad about my "stolen" dog though, lol

Shawn, glad to see things are turning around for you.  I know you were having a rough time there for a while then with the new job putting in all those hours cut into your hunting time.  Glad you're back in it man.
