bout 1.5hrs with out the dozer. 2-2.5 with. thats my halfway point when traveling back and forth to east tx on hwy7

I've got a place on Hwy 7, just east of Centerville, across from Center Ranch. Most of the place is cleared, but I have a little area of yaupon in one pasture, maybe 5-7 acres that needs clearing.
