LAVON,RANDY,CHANO,JIMMY,& CHRISTY, fought the cold & wet and killed nine yesterday morning. We managed to get 7 of them and we lost 2 that the dogs killed before we got there. We had an excelant hunt. Most everything went perfect except for wading sloughs and getting wet.It was 31 degrees when we left the house. We caught all 9 hogs off the first strike, the dogs just (RABBIT HOPPED) FROM ONE TO ANOTHER.I was running 5 blk mouth curs and two am bulldogs. The curdogs caught all the hogs themselves , did'nt use the bulldogs. One of them rare times when the dogs strike and they all split up running different hogs and it ends up good. This was my first hunt on a new ranch in galveston county & the owner seemed really happy cause he's having lots of problems with his hogstearing things up.
THANKS RANDY JIMMY CHANO & CHRISTY FOR ALL THE HELP, YALL CAN HUNT WITH ME ANYTIME....
FIX--EN TO FIRE THE OLD SMOKE HOUSE UP FOR SUMMER SAUSAGE & LINK SAUSAGE, IF I CAN QUITT HUNTING LONG ENOUGH

Not from these 7 hogs, I have 14 hogs in the walk-in cooler allready plus these 7 is 21 hogs total. Which should be around 1000 lbs of boned out meat once I add my fat.
