JLS,
I'm certainly no photographer, but that camera takes up some serious slack! I'm learning more how to use it, and getting a little more thoughtful about my shots. As you can tell, I like the pictures that capture a moment and are less a bout WHO is in the picture. I love the kiddo touching the horse for the first time. The dog photos are a lot of fun, but it takes about 200 snapshots to end up with one that I like once I'm done cropping and adding the effects. This is way too fun for someone as talent-less as I am!

Well, one day when I get mine, I'll have to come down and take lessons!!! You give this "talent-less" wannabe some hope then. I am with you - I really like the ones that capture the moment - those are my favorite!! Keep posting them up!!! Maybe they need a photography section on here.... |

i looove your pics, theyre amazing!! i have been bugging matt to get me a camera like urs now!! what kind is it? anyway, i think thats really cool too what yall do for those kiddos every year :O)

You need to come on another hunt soon and you can play with it! It's a Nikon D60, a step below what Julie uses for her hunting photos. It's way neat to use because you can sit there and snap pics with very little delay. I love the camera, and it has opened my eyes to the world of photography!
