Looking to build a metal building and looking for pics with your do's and dont's plus sizes. Also what kinda price are yall paying including concrete flooring and side shed attachments and roll up doors. I need enough space inside for side by side, fourwheelers, flatbottom boat, and tools. Side sheds to park two or three flat bed trailers.

I just had one built that is a 30' x 40' with a 12' x 40' lean to down one side. It is a drive through with 12' x 8' doors on each end. Also has a 3' door on the side and a 6' double door leading out to the lean to. It does not have windows because I don't want somebody checking out my tools and equipment. It is also fully insulated whch I reccomend.
Mine cost 23,400.00 for everything. One guy wanted almost that and it did not include the roll up doors or concrete. The concrete is at least 7,500.00 and the doors are close to 1,000.00 each.
Mine is all metal and the beams are welded not bolted.
They will probably be a little more than that now because the cost of metal has been going up. When I cut the deal on mine I put down a deposit to lock in the price on the metal.

I did stucco work for a few years and saw some real good looking houses made from metal buildings, its since been my goal to build one for utility while I'm young and finish it out as my wife and I get older.
