One of my bulldogs just did the same thing, the same time i put cedar shavings n the doghouse for winter and the temp dropped. I think it was the shavings

We put straw in not that long ago but I can't remember if the stuff started before or after.

That is a Dogo problem. In my opnion Digis with it should not breed and pass it on. I had one that I put some conconxion of mineral oil and something I forgot. It get better but did not go away. Unfortunatly the dog died but the Dogos I have now do not have that problem.

I would guess those are hot spots, try some happy jack, nu stock or vetericyn.

Yeah that is what it was. nu stock thinned with mineral oil. t.wilbanks that got by me I can only use one hand and keep hitting the "i" instead of the "o" sorry I am handycapped for a while.

a couple of our unicorns got something like that and the vet said use atheletes foot spray and gave us some gentomyacin (sp) Dexter

I had the same problem with my puppy Dogo but I bought some of this med. and it worked fine after a couple of treatments.

typical of the breed, you will have to get use to it and buy lots of "medicines" and get used to alot of different theories of what it is and what causes it. been there done that and three different vets will give three different explanations because they dont know either, But the DOGO BREEDERS KNOW its there and its hereditary and because the Vets can't put a cause on as a defective or "poor health" then it will keep being bred into the dogs

Dematox mange is correct. Looked at it under the microscope today with my vet.
