It has a very poor hog population in the dog hunt section. That being said, it is slap ate up with bears if that is something you have on your bucket list.
I have to agree with the forest being absolutely covered with bears. We hunted it a couple times and seen three bears in one day. My buddy's dogs got on one and by the time we caught up with em 2 of the dogs had a small piece of skin shaved from their back and side.
