Very nice.  I built the one i carry from scratch and know the time involved.   They both look real good.  Since they seem to be target oriented im assuming double stage triggers?

Yeah they make good stuff.  When i built mine we couldnt use optics or double stage triggers.  They just changed the policy but since mine has been used in a shooting now i cant ever change it  Sad

Huh? was it a legal shooting? If everything is clear now why can't you change it?

Yes it was an on duty incident.  the reason i cant change it is because the family can sue for years and years to come.  the reason i got it back was because i am a law enforcement officer in possesion of evidence.  I wouldnt change it now anyhow.  Wink

No when i built mine i wasnt a cop yet.  I found people locally that were tryin to off load "post ban" stuff expecting the ban to be abolished, and they figured no one would want stuff from that period.  gave 50 for the lower parts kit, 100 for the stripped lower and i think 350 for the complete upper, since it was "post ban"  however the barrel was changed after the ban went out the window.  Even swap.. someone wanted the permanent flash suppresoor ..  No idea why but worked out for me..  Grin

Try shootin the heavier grain bullets i bet youll find a difference.  Your one and seven twist probably isnt enough for a 55 grain el cheapo round.
