A guy told me that vicks or something like it dries up females after the pups are weaned. Has anyone else heard or tried this?

No....If I were a ole gyp with sore, scratched up titties I would bite you for that...  Get some bag balm or udder budder or some type of lanolin cream to help conditon them a little...only thing to really dry her up will be no nursing pups and time... |

someone told me 1 time you could take preperation H and an ace bandage put it on and rap the bandage around her belly and it would dry her up but never tried it and dont think it would work just thought i would post it.. i agree with underdog no nursing and time is really the only way i know to do it |

The old timers taught me a trick. Dont let her self water if you pull her water and hand water her during the day she wil absorb the bag faster. Ive done it it works.

Don't put nothing on them boobies no matter how bad you wanna touch em.  Seriously though the more they are "stimulated" the longer they will stay bagged. Pull back the food and water and give em just enough to keep em healthy and get the dang pups away. |
