Byron and Jason invited up to Gods country to kick off opening day.. So Big E, his wife Reba, Marshall and I headed north. We met the boys just outside of Donie Texas. Trevor, as well as Kelly were along for the hunt.  Well we drop Boogie, Briar, Goose and Girlfriend down along with Bonnie, Molly and Joe. They gettin hunting good and before long. Girlfriend, goose and boogie roll on about a mile deep and find the hogs. We get over to them, kick some young un's loose and catch a decent sow. Boogie and GF strike out and line out the biggest sow, which Big E and Marshall catch. Briar, joe and Molly rolled way off 2.6 miles and bayed solid but 2 hours later we got to them just as the hog broke and they came out.   Went and got the B team out. Put Blaster, Mikey, Ruby, Trailer, Libby and Drake in the buggies and strike out. After a cow fiasco (young dogs first hunt with yearling black calves) dropped Blaster in a big motte of woods and within 2 min he was singing to one, the hogs broke and after a short run they lined a real nice boar hog out. Byron was screaming bloody murder but we got him caught lol    B team  It was awesome watching the last race, a spotted boar hog broke out with 3 year old young dogs eating his ass.. Within A few seconds they had him sitting down spinning. He was the last of the day.  Awesome first day to the year, looking forward to alot more |

Yessir.. Out of her and Blaster. big E had another black littermate gyp thy is just as fast and was one of the young dogs doing so well on the spotted boar Thanks Everyone!! Long day.. Just getting back home |
