Well,it finally happened...i lost my great dog Sozo to a big bad one tonight,i will post pics and story of hogs tomorrow but for now i want to honor a true warrior and home companion,u will be sorely missed mate  This photo was tonight,the last time he stepped into his vest...   |

Damn Jimmy I really hate to hear this. I know how much he meant to you and your family - that dog put a lot of pork on your tailgate. A compliment to you and the great care you took with him that a catch dog was able to hunt for so long. Your pup has some big shoes to fill.

Thanks for all the kind words,and thanks to my ETHD family. This site is a place where these great dogs are truely respected and honored for what they do and can be remembered forever. It was just a short time ago that Tcolt was in my shoes and and im sure he would agree that yall's condolences are heartfelt and greatly appreciated.
*keep them safe in the woods,throw them a bone every now and then,give them a pat and look them in the eye and tell them thankyou for what they do-you just never know when that cut collar is buckled up for the last time.*

Very Beautiful dog, Alot of good dogs were lost the past several months, its a shame. I agree with you atleast we can do is honor them with good memories. RIP SOZO.
