After swimming to save my Catchdog I realized I didn't take my Garmin off! So I took the batteries out put it in a bag of rice for 2 days. Now it turns on and tracks but will not power back off any suggestions what to? Thank you for your help.

Take the Batteries out when you want to turn it off!  Grin   I have gotten mine wet numerous times and it never affected it.
