leases =a land owner to hunt on his land .  game warden= hunting regulation and law enforcement  limits , out of season game or poaching they are the hunting police  Grin  what do you call them over there or do your regular police do it .

is no hunting police here..some forrestrees do have security but they are usually are part time and usually preform other roles in the forrestry .any one can issue a trespass notice but can only usually be inforced on the second infringement ...are u paying for the rites for a lease

Hunting leases are where you pay to have access to hunt, fish, etc. Sometimes one person pays to access land or a group of people pay to access land and share the cost. Game wardens are like stated above, hunting and fishing police. They check to make sure you have the proper license to hunt, fish, etc. They check for baiting wildlife where not permissable. Trespassing is another big problem they look for.

Game wardens are paid by the state to enforce the hunting and fishing regulations.

Pigrig, the game wardens are equivilant to the parks and wildlife or fisheries officers over there. Just like if you were caught with too many bags of pua(spelling) or shooting a red stag out of season. They have powerful jurisdiction and yes they can go on private land to check on hunters, they also set boobie traps like a robotic buck deer decoy that looks like the real thing, they will move it every now and then, wait for somebody to shoot ot illegaly then its off to jail sir!!
