to me, it appears be a pygmy goat as well.
a dark blue roan one. you can see where the roaning is lighter in the flanks, tail, and front leg pits.
the muzzle is narrow and goat-like compared to how broad between the ears it is. the ears are stiff and upright and it's tail looks short and over it's back.
i almost want to make out tiny goat horns, too. at least i think i see where they appear to come out of the top of the head.
my guess anyways.
