Picked up my buddy D.Trey around 7:30 and went out and picked up RD, SADIE, PEPPER and TOBY, SHERK, as catch dogs and D.Trey brought his dog BUSTER!!! Went next door to my neighbors place, new place I've never hunted before it's around 950 acres!!!! When we got there Walter had his two sons and couple of neighbors and two guys from Round Rock, Tx.. They were all excited and ready to go!!! So we drove to the back of the place and before we let the dogs go, Walter bet me a case of beer saying that they would be on hogs within 5 mins, I chickened out.... When we let the dogs go it didn't take long for SADIE, to haul a$$ out of there and before you know it she opened up at 300 yards got closer and turned TOBY and SHERK loose and caught a good little boar... 10 mins later all the dogs open at the same time on a good group of hogs... Let TOBY and SHERK loose and caught a big black boar 245lbs and a big white Bi*** that went around 265lbs they were 2 two feet alway from each other AWESOME... Then I lost the tracking system so as I was looking for it RD and SADIE went of 500 yards and had a good sow bay up and D.Trey went on and took the catch dogs and seal the deal!!! Ended up with four hogs good turn out here are pics... Walter and his family!!!   D.Trey and Me!!  Me?   My partner Clayton was WORKING!!!! |

Good job Abel. You guys need to make sure and enter the Milm County Cowboy Church hog hunt. If you have a haul like that you should win the buckles.

Yes in Rockdale. This year we will register the teams Friday evening instead of Saturday Morning. Weigh in will be Sunday Morning.

Yeah Clayton, u sure missed a good hunt. Wish u could have made it cause I wasn't feelin the best and the dogs were on em back to back! I'll b ready or this weekend though!!
