Well .I get a phone call at work last night from my wife's mom saying our cd pup is gone. Well I say ok calm down il send sami my wife to see if she is laying down in the back. Well she end up steping on a nail and goin to the hostpital well when I get home from work I go looking for coco our cd pup and found her dead in the back yard our neighbor said he saw people in the back yard earlyer and it looked like they feed her somethin. So as of right now we think somebody poisoned her. Whoever did it is a sorry s.o.b. in my book.

Hate to hear that, did the dog do something or piss someone off.  It don't sound normal for someone to walk in someone elses backyard and poison a dog unless they know you or have been to you're house and know when you'll be gone.

That sucks to hear man! A couple months ago there was some juvenile's that we're going around my home town pouring acid on people's dogs! It was a pretty horrible sight needless to say they never caught em.Police don't worry bout stuff like that they would rather give someone a dwi that has drank 2 beers for super with his wife n kids in the car!

This country might be going to crap but we still have the right to defend our property and family. A bullet will stop anyone from coming on your property to do anything. USE THAT RIGHT!!!!!!!! and we'll all have one less P.O.S to have to deal with.

If you say she was not good with strangers and wouldnt let them in but was fine with people she knew, how did somebody get in the yard if your yard like your neighbour says? I am sorry for your loss but 99 percent of the time in this situiation IT IS THE NEIGHBOUR that poisons a dog, strangers would steal it.

And I doubt it was burglars.  They don't plan ahead like that.

File a police report for your records and if you have a couple game cams. Set them up to catch them in the act, but make sure the cams optical veiw port over laps each others field of view.

Sorry to hear that man. Hope you find out who got you. Deff get you an autopsy... I’d recommend a camera system though... You can get them for around 200-400 bucks, and they could save your house and your pack. They are pretty easy to install, and you can network them to be able to look at your house when you’re not even at home. It will definitely make you sleep better at night, and not be so stressed out when you are not at home. Before I had these I would have said game cams, but for the money you will spend on the infrared game cam, you can get you 4-6 cameras that have night vision with no flash, and no one can get to them to be able to take the card out, or worse, still your brand new game cam. Sounds like someone who is afraid of pit bulls and buy into the mythical bs about them. It happened to my pit bull after I sold her to a high school senior to be his graduation gift. They caught who did it...the neighbor. Took that person to court and won court costs and stuff.
