On the way to our huntin spot tonight we noticed an out-of-place vehicle in one of SwineStoppers fields that he farms.  Thinking it was poachers, we decided to take a looksey and see what was goin down.  We HAULED IT,SON around the edge of the field only to bum-rush a truck that had been driven into the far back corner fence line in an attempt to hide it, all doors opened, lights on.  Two guys were by the truck and took off into the brush.Wine6978 luke-and-bo duked a donut in the field to shine the headlights on the truck.  The guys took off, we could hear them running and yellin in Spanish.  We posted up in the truck about 60 yards back, (dogs barking, catch dogs leashed on top) and spotlighted the surrounding brush lines to keep an eye out for them until the cops showed up.   Ever now and then we could hear them real close. Guess they sat there for a while to figure out what our plan of action was. Cops caught 1, and quickly found out about 13 got away. The one that was caught said he payed $7,000…Kinda sad to see what people will go through just to live in our country… it is a grim reminder to not take things for granted…   Anyways… I snapped a picture or two amidst all the excitement.  SwineStopper’s dog, Diesel, bailed off in an effort to help the cops!! Lol, he’s one hard-working son-of-a-gun!!!

After leaving the first field for the cops to finish their investigation, we did some work on the pigs!! We caught 5 all together, and in the last field we hit I had flashbacks of calf scrambles I participated in in high school.  We heard a group bayed up, dropped the cd’s and took off in the field after them.  SwineStoppers was preoccupied chasing a 3-legged 40lb-ish sow, wine6978 was helpin one of our fresh pups chase a shoat, and I was chasing about a 50lb spotted pig with Flaco and Bo and shut it down.  Meanwhile, Darla and Loco had one pig caught up, and SwineStoppers and Wine6978 shut that one down. All in all, an exciting hunt!!!! It was definitely an exciting evening—that’s for DARN sure!!!

Good job on the pigs. Illegals are always a good way to keep a hunt interesting.

that would be a blast. would b alot funner if u could have had a people eating catch dog and tied them up with mule tape marked them on the garmin and rolled on to the next one. but i know it would have been scary cause im sure they could have done some ruthless stuff to avoid capture.

Deer season is over, this activity as already picked up.  The ranch I hunt had 3 seperate trucks bust through the fences last week while trying to escape DPS.  We can't even leave our trucks unlocked anymore, even parked 3 miles from the nearest of paved roads.  Illegals bale out of a stolen truck and will take ours.

LOL try 2 vs 25. If you have ever seen the video clip of the Border Patrol agent running around a mini van after illegals that is what it was like. My partner and I got 10 of them, but then again they were stacked like cord wood in the bed of the truck and could not get up and run. LOL. Glad to hear ya got 1 and some hogs as well. Jim Wells is bad on Illegals right now. They cross my families land all the time down there. Caught them on a game cam going to a feeder and eating the corn them self LOL.

What we need is someone to start trainin some real loose bayin hound dogs that'll roll out and go to the next one once you get there and hand cuff them. They could sell the dogs to border patrol. Not sure how you would train them though? Huh? Haha

Well I reckon if you could get one to "volunteer" Evil it would make things a whole lot simpler. But I reckon it might be frowned upon turnin one loose in an electrified 100 acre high fence and doin a canned hunt. haha

Follow the trail of bean farts. A half decent winding dog would have no trouble.
