had a wire come loose on the charging terminal inside one of my garmin collars, called garmin they said it was still under warranty and to send it to them and they would take care of it and it would take 12 to 14 days. called them taday to check on progress and they said they had no record of ever recieving the collar. gave them the tracking number and then amazingly they said they did recieve it but no one knew where it was. just real frustrating that you can get different stories from same person in the same conversation. i just hope they get things squared away and get my collar fixed and sent back

Hope you get it straightened out. I have never had to send anything back, but every time i have dealt with them they have been great to deal with.
