what can i do to help her toughen up her feet or what can i do to not make them so sore.

Unfinished cement is what my kennels sit on, but a lot of guys excercise dogs on asphalt, it will work over time.

they make some stuff to condition their feet but i use salt water , when i have a mule with sore shoulders i soak em good where the collar goes 2-3 times a day . you might put some boots on her and soak the inside with the brine over night a few times ?
