last night we went on a little hunt before it got dark. the dogs rolled out about the time we were headed back. we thought yes they are bayed up. but then the bay broke. my cur will let out a yip when he is chasing.  i heared him but he was way out there. over an hour later my bmc came back. we waited around for a while but we had to leave. so i drug my shirt all the way back to the barn where i let them out and left. i went back at about 5 this morning and called and yelled for her ...nothing. the only i can think of is either some one has picked her up or shes dead by a hog or a car. after 2 hours of walking around i head home for work. as soon as i come into town a man calls says he has found her over 10 miles from where we put out. he said he would wait the 25 minutes until i got there. i thought this was too good to be true. i get there he has her and he refuses my money and to top it off he says he has 10k acres near hico that he would like us to come and catch some pigs. i feel so very lucky to even get her back much less have some new property. lesson learned i need go buy a tracking system, and always spend the extra 1.50 to put info tags on your cut gear it paid off big time. to CW a honest man

While I think it is great that this person did the right thing, I think it is a damn shame that it seems extraordinary. Sure says something about the society we live in today. Angry
