Myself, Richard Elfrez (Got2catchem) and several friends loaded up and head a few hours west to a company lease in McCulloch County. We hunted a few hours friday night and most of the day saturday. We stopped for lunch, nap and whiskey drinks and maybe bit of sh!t talking. Hunted again sunday for about 2 hours before the snow started. Ended with 17 hogs over 100 lbs and some really good colored boars with shanks. The two listed boars in front had 2.5"-3" teeth. We only tied a few due to a few dogs getting banged up. It was a fun weekend and stayed in hogs all weekend....numerous split bays and rallies. Noah, the dogs were definitely looking a little ruff on Sunday. To be honest, the cactus didnt seem to bother them as bad as the rough terrain on their feet and not to mention my tires. I will have to post a few more pics in a little while. |
