like said before , if she throws a fit like this over a damn goat whats it gonna be nextime ?
just keep your mouth shut and let her decide what she is gonna do .
if not you might as well castrate yourself and put'em in a sack for her .

the dog doesn't even look at a goat until it knocks the crap out of him when he s minding his own business. he don't run cows or anything i tell him no about. I did that with a e collar. Wife is very immature I guess if she is still at her parents tonight i will have to get rid of the dogs for a while. I love my wife and shes a good woman for the most part but if i could do it over i sure would marry for compatibility and friendship a lot more than star eyed love.
so a little collar trainin for goat...turn it up!

JMO, but any person that would choose hunting or dogs over their family probably should try to straighten out their priorities. We are all here because we share a love for hunting, but no man should allow anything to come between his family. As husbands and fathers we have a moral and spiritual obligation that should be fulfilled. I am not going criticize anyone for the choices they have made, but we know what fills right in our heart.
Your 100% right

Wife vs dogs? There's a vs that beats cat vs bmc and all! If its between my wife and the dogs... well it was once. Still have my dogs an I'm still married. But if I actually had to choose... dogs! And leave my two boys too. I need good help in the woods.

I would chose the wife but if the dog goes then then goat goes too. That's called compromise.

sounds like you need to hit a gas station and air your balls up if your going to let her tell you what to do i been through 3 wifes and it was all over hunting .when they say me or the dogs i tell them not to let the door hit them in the ass on there way out . then i found the right woman and i get to hunt whenever i want no fights about dogs . SOUNDS LIKE SHES NOT THE RIIGHT GAL FOR YOU

I say sell the dog to a friend or give it away to a good hunting friend that will appreciate the dog...or loan the dog and let him use it as his own dog as long as you can get him back if you get back in at a later date. Because I just don't see how a relationship can work with this type of manatory conditions. Hope it works out for you...but she is wrong to give you an ultimatum on your hobby and small dog. it is not like you are going to bars and picking up women...

Jmo but she knew what she was signing up for when she married you. You may get past this bump by selling the dog but the resentment you are going to develop towards her is going to do nothing but get worse. If she is willing to leave you over this then she is looking for a way out anyway. You may want to consider getting a actual counselor to talk with the both of you so you can have a 3rd party go over the situation with the both of you and get to the root of the problem.

x2...just like buying a car to improve the relationship...works for about a month and then the car payment is due...and then the car insurance is higher because it is a new car...you find out that things can get worse than before you bought the car...not exactly the same but getting rid of the dog is not really getting to the root cause of the problem...it is only a temporary fix and both of you are not addressing the real issues (root cause)... hope both of you can work it out...but I agree with hogsnatcher about maybe a marriage counselor can help you both...

I agree with them... If she is willing to leave you over a dog/goat then she has been waiting for reasons... don’t let her bully you man. There has to be compromise in a relationship!
