i've got 2 dogs left i have to get rid of before i move. 1st dog is a 2 year old catahoula/bmc cross, she's a good dog that'll probably never be more than a help dog. she'll bay the heck out of a hog and put a tooth on him with another gritty dog but i don't think she'll ever find one on her own. she goes to a bay real good, but she doesn't range out very far maybe 75-100yards and comes and checks back but when she hears a bay she takes off to it. she may suprise me and start striking but i don't think she uses her nose enough to be a consistant finder. she don't bother cows but she ain't completely trash broke (armadillo once in a while). $100 for a solid help dog that will bay tight and put a tooth on a hog.  2nd dog is a 18 month old yellow BMC gyp. she's a really good natured dog that is just on the brink. she needs a little more exposure to some hogs and i'm pretty sure the switch is gonna flip in this dog. she really uses her nose, and will get out 150-200 yards. she won't bother cows but she needs to be finished trashwise. been on about 8 hogs in woods and will bay real well, she's gettin grittier as she's gaining confidence. both the parents of this dog were strike dogs for the guy i purchased her from. $200 for a started dog that's got all the chance of turning into a good strike dog with some work. she's the yellow dog in the back (obviously) of the picture, not my dog in the cutvest that was Mr.Mason's catdo Victor.  both of these dogs are good dogs they just need more HOG exposure. i've had em in the woods quite a few times but not on a ton of hogs cause we just weren't on hogs. we had a real bad dry spell with all this drought, and by the time we started gettin rain i had to start gettin rid of dogs because i'm moving to a Victoria and can't keep any dogs at the house we found to rent. |

she came from a friend of mine. she's out of two of his strike dogs. the daddy to this yella gyp was cut down about a week before the expo. he was a dang good dog.
and i don't have any other pics.

well, if nobody takes both of em by the evening they're gonna go over to Mr. Mason's for awhile. after he's done with em they ain't gonna be this cheap anymore. they wouldn't be this cheap right now if i didn't need to hurry up and get rid of em.  |

Looks like some good dogs someone ouutta jump on it if u werent too far i would, probally be sold for three times that in a few weeks well the yella dog would never be gettin sold if i wasn't moving. i had already planned on breeding her back to a strike dog i sold a little while back. he was a really good dog and she's turning into one and both her parents were really good. i made the deal i got to breed this gyp to him after he was sold as part of the deal. and i was gonna keep 2 pups out of the litter. very frustrating. |

My nephew is in Bmt but will take both off your hands by saturday if not Friday I just hate to see him loose out but i understand man.We are in Beaumont.My Buddy Todd bought Sojo same mix in pic from Mr.mason and we were all at Uncle Earls.He had some good looking hounds with him.
