Whats a Ben Jordan breed dog? Whats the blood lines that made this dog? Thanks camocountry..

ben jordan is the man who bred weatherfords ben. im not gonna say much more than that cause i dont evn know if thats a fact.

They are linebred to the Ricky Driver dogs as bred by Ben for over thirty years. The Big Boy, Blondie cross started the Driver dogs. The Big Boy dog was by a Woodruff dog out of a Bill Bay female. Blondie was by an Orin Grandberry dog out of a Rockdale ranch female. I know of no other cross that has produced as many good dogs for as long as this one has.

They are longer range dogs that are usually not catchy at all. They make great hog and cow dogs. I have a few from dogs off bens yard and you couldn't buy them. Where is the Ben male you have from.

xs 2 , up until the 60 s mr. ben was still freeranging hogs . he told me he would bay up and drive them hogs just like cattle , sometimes drive em 10-12 miles to a pen .
