Well everytime we get a pet orriented bill that comes across the legislative desk, there is post after post about it. Why is it that we are not on our senetors, state reps, and congress men and women about these rising fuel prices?Huh? With out fuel, we can not even enjoy hunting/working our pets. rising fuel cost trickle its way down to the consumer, US. Why, as people of a supposed free nation do we not contact our elected officials and see what can be done to combat the rising fuel prices? The 3,000 members of this forum, scattered from coast to coast all feel the effects of these rising fuel prices. If every member could get 10+ other people and those people get 10+ other people to contact their elected official and send an email a day demanding these fuel prices go down, they would have to listen. These forums are the best places to get other to help. There are always requests to contact our officials to get these pet bills that we dont like stoped before it gets to late, but yet no topics to stop and or lower the price of fuel.

Please post your ideas or drafts to send to these money bought officials to LOWER fuel prices.

This thing is so crooked now it will be a long long long time before it ever gets straighten out again I doubt in my life time do I see it and I am 51.

This country is run by big big $$$$$$$ and that comes from big Oil Company's and the big Company's and big $$$$$$ runs our Government and then as bad as I hate to say it our Government runs us .  We don't run number 2 no more and its is getting worse by the day and I see no end to it .  It should have been stopped years and years ago now its like a run away freight train just cant hardly stop it till the dollar becomes worthless and we are all even again as a people !

Its a sad sad thing people wake up and smell the roses dont they smell like Chit !

Let me say this the proper way.

You know our politicians are controlled by big money and corporations.  Voting is a waste of time.  It doesn't matter if it Republicans or Democrats.  They all get paid off by the big money.  Big money will artificially hold a stable ecnonomy for their money.   Look what happen at the fall of 2008.  The rich got richer with bailouts and the middle class got poorer.  I am sure this pattern will continue until there is a physical and social revolt like in Egypt.  Most people are struggling so hard to survive, they don't have time for a revolution or are frightened with blood shed.  They are not willing to face reality.  Look what happened with the Occupy Wall Street protesters.  They got smeared by the press paid off by big money. The press is controlled by big money.  ABC, NBC, CBS got billions of dollars as pay off to support Obama.  That was our taxpayer bailout money.   Right now it is impossible to protest unless all of America will stand up and all of America have not suffered enough to stand up.  Only about 50 million people are jobless, homeless, and working slave jobs for minimum wage.  It's going to take about 150 million people to suffer before there is a real revolution.  There are still enough people doing ok and don't care about the suffering people to have a revolution.  That's just the patten of history.  People don't really care unless they are suffering.  The poor will just have to keep protesting and getting killed.  No one in power is listening to them now.  You don't even hear the politicians talk about the protestors.  They are really irrevalent to power now.  Even the World Bank is artificially held up by credit.  Sorry to be so pessimistic, but that's history.

So I'm 24 and my fiance and I spend about $1400 a month is fuels. Just getting to work and all my hunting spots are fairly close (15 min). I have been spending a minimum of about $800 since I was 19.  You know what I could do with the extra money.  They want people to spend money to stimulate the economy.  Hey azz if I wasn't spending all my money on fuel I might buy something else with the money. Maybe some new cut gear maybe some kick azz dog pin. Who knows.

just read a report that if gas hits $5.00 a gallon that we will go into a recession...I say they are using Psychology on us right now...they tell us that it might hit $5.00 dollars a gallon... and then gas only hits $4.50 a gallon and everyone is so happy because it didn't get to $5.00... but the bottom line is it gained a dollar in a total of 3-4 months and everyone is happy...and the big oil companies are having record breaking profits again...kind of like MD Anderson...when everyone was cutting back and losing money they were booming...

I personally think the government is jacking the price of fuel up to bring the price of our commeties up to where the grunts cant get ahead, but instead get further behind so the rich stay rich or get richer. Us working class are fighting to stay afloat and the bildge pump has stopped working. We need to unite and do something or we will be completely devided, rich and poor. Does anyone have anything as far as drafts to post, other than just speculations and complaints?
