Hell don't worry about it j , the best CD's I have ever had have been pits preferably apbt and although I have had some really good males the best ones by far was females thay seem to be more into the catch not just strutting around looking to jump the male next to them,  IMO I don't like the red nose pit there way to temperamental and like to fight with dogs I hate that,  everyone I have had and let me just say I have had alot of them seems like after the first hog catch in the pen thay want to try dogs next, I have tried ab's all have caught and let go didn't want to stay put. Now not running anyone's dogs or breed down its just my opinion.

This is Bull, hes ninety pounds of baby sitting, hog catching muscle. He is just an old bulldog. I retired him two yrs ago. He got to hot one too many times and started getting weak in his back end. I really couldnt tell you how many hogs he caught for me in the five yrs. that I used him. He used to could lope beside a horse all day long wearing a vest and never act tired. Now he is my kids body guard, No agression to people or dogs unless they try to hurt the kids. If I have to give my kids a tune up outside then I snap him on a chain or take them in the house ! Ive had alot of catch dogs and he is by far the best.

Bucky was his name. Red Pitt, 80 lbs. bought him from Randal Wiggins when he was 5. Great, Great dog. No people aggression or dog aggression whatsoever. Had a litter of puppy's run up to him (my fault) right after I got him and he sat there and watched them as they pawed him and chewed on him. He hit hogs and knocked them down. Great dog.

My boy Reign is still the best I have ever seen.  AB.   I did not breed the dog so I get no cudos for how good he was but he is what he is.  Hunted him for almost 10 years and he had it all.  Great with people and other dogs.  Wind for days and speed like crazy to the bay.  He was just he right size and shut down hogs.  Stayed caught once on a boar that cured one other bulldog and two rcds for almost thirty min in a cave.  It was awesome to see.  Still my favorite story. lol   No telling how many hogs he has caught over the years.

335 lb. barr hog

the best catch dog ive ever owned was a fawn colored female pit. owned her for three years. no telling how much swine i caught with that pit. only weighed around 40 lbs if that.

out of 3 years and approx. 250 hogs i only had her get thrown 1 time. the hog had to of been around 350 and he slammed her like a rag doll other than that she had the strongest jaw ive ever seen. she would go to a bay 90 to nothing.. and was the best leading CD a man could ask for

when ppl talk about dogs saving their lives, i used to always say bullnumber 2, but it happened to me twice and she was the dog that saved my life.

she got killed last summer by a colored up 183 lb. boar with 2.5 in. knives on him... broke my damn heart but S**T happens
